Local housing company Vivid Housing Limited, has stepped up to make a meaningful contribution to our community. As part of their social value commitment, Vivid sponsored a self-defence session specifically designed for girls, taught by the professional team at ACT Self Defence.

The self-defence session that took place on Friday, 06 March focused on enhancing personal safety and equipping participants with basic self-defence strategies. The primary aim was to bolster girls’ confidence and empower them to handle challenging situations with poise and assurance.

Their experienced instructors who have decades of experience from the military, competitive martial arts, law enforcement and community services are committed to providing interactive and engaging sessions that focus on practical techniques and personal empowerment.
