On Monday, 13 October we were pleased to welcome a range of providers to our post-18 themed careers fair. Students were able to explore higher education through speaking to the Southern Universities Network, the University of Winchester and the University of Portsmouth. We also benefited from the insight of a range of employers, including Equans, Creative Clique, Hampshire Constabulary, The Elizabeth Foundation, the RAF, St. Peter's Vets, BAE Systems, UTC and Rolls Royce. Apprenticeship providers such as PETA and South Hampshire College Group were also present. 

 

Careers Fayres give students a chance to find out about a range of industries and jobs and provide opportunities for face to face interactions, which are so important for building confidence ahead of interviews. We are very grateful to the companies and organisations that kindly gave their time to interact with Springfield students.
