Springfield was delighted to provide the venue for this year's trust INSET day for all 200+ staff from the De Curci Trust.  Sessions on a variety of pedagogical issues were run by colleagues from the trust in addition to our two guest speakers: Rebecca Mason, Relational Practice in Schools implementation Lead, presented on how relational practice can influence a positive school culture; and Gemma Scotcher, Director for Communication and Public Affairs at Education Support presented on practical well being strategies for school staff and leaders.  The day also provided a valuable opportunity for staff from Solent Infant School, Solent Junior School and Springfield School to come together and share good practice and the day's professional development was appreciated by all.  Sara Spivey, CEO of The De Curci Trust, stated  "The engagement of the staff teams with today's learning has been fantastic and I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in putting together and delivering such a comprehensive and enjoyable programme for our staff".
