From 20 to 22nd June, seven Springfield Year 11 students embarked on Springfield's first ever Silver DofE assessed expedition. Starting at Denmead, students walked for three days around the East Meon area of the South Downs, taking in the lovely views and photographing their journey for their aim of creating a calendar of landscape photography. The group camped out for two nights and finished with a nice refreshing glass of coke at the Red Lion in Horndean. This forms the last part of their DofE journey with us at Springfield and we hope they go on to gold level at college or in the future. Well done to you all - our first Silver DofE participants!
