Year 9 Design Technology students have been measuring accurately to create a patchwork design that they have quilted together using wadding and their own choice of backing. Each one is individually designed. Some students have tie dyed their own fabric or upcycled from pillow cases, some bought fabric especially to match the design they created.  This project has been important for students to hone their fine motor and precision skills and repetitive movements.
