A quick reminder to everyone (staff, pupils and parents) that the Eastern Road has now one lane closed southbound which will be in place for approximately four weeks. This is for the third phase of Southern Water’s sewer maintenance work.

The lane closure will be from south of the bridge on Eastern Road to opposite the Volkswagen showroom. This will be temporarily removed on Wednesday 5 June to support the commemorations of D-Day 80 taking place in Portsmouth.

The cycle and walking path will remain closed throughout the work on the east side of Eastern Road, from the roundabout to Airport Service Road. Diversions and temporary pedestrian crossings will be in place.

If you are travelling by road in and around the city, plan your journey and allow extra time.
