Some of our Year 10 students had the amazing opportunity of visiting Austria during the Easter holidays where they learned how to ski and develop their skills on the slopes. Students were given twenty-five hours of ski instruction from experienced ski reps;  this enabled them to pick up the essential skills to ski confidently down the stunning mountains in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.  Students gained key skiing skills and came home with a real sense of achievement.   All students skied every day with enthusiasm;  they bravely experienced a variety of ski slopes and lifts during their trip too.  Hotel staff and ski reps praised them highly for their patience, kindness and efforts throughout the week. Thank you to all those who took part of this trip including staff, students and parents. Well done Year 10 on a successful ski trip!
