- Yellow Rain Warning (Medium Likelihood of Low Impacts) valid 00:00 hours to 15:00 hours on Thursday 3rd November 2022 (SE Hampshire and the Isle of Wight). Potential impacts from the locally heavy rain including difficult driving conditions, disruption to transport and isolated flooding of homes and businesses. The Flood Guidance Statement will also be yellow to highlight the risk of seeing surface water flooding in places, especially as fallen leaves are likely to impede drainage.
