Year 6 pupils arrived this morning to commence their two-day induction at Springfield. Pupils were greeted by their tutors-to-be and were escorted to their new tutor bases. Year 10 tutor group pupil assistants then gave thorough tours of the school. The rest of the day gave them an insight into Springfield school life. Sessions included a great drama production by Soloman Theatre Company, a design and technology lesson that involved making and decorating boxes and a trail as well. Needless to say they will all be exhausted by the end of the day. The fun continues tomorrow!

Year 6 parents/carers - please do not forget that the Parent Induction Evening takes place on Wednesday 4th July 2018, your child will be bringing a letter home with them tonight giving more detail.
