The Year 11 Catering pupils were split into two groups, one group completed their Controlled Assessment practical on Monday, 13th February and the other group completed their Controlled Assessment on Tuesday, 14th February 2017. They were tasked with making a two-course meal from another culture. There was a wide range of food from countries including China, Mexico, Italy and of course the U.K. The standard was extremely high, with great flavours and superb presentation. Well done to all pupils involved.
